September officially marks Deviate’s 10-year anniversary, and in recent months, we’ve spotlighted some of our amazing team members that have been part of the journey. We are proud to feature the final series of our team bios this month, and we sincerely thank our clients as well as colleagues in the industry that have made our work a success over the last ten years.
Erica Black-Williams has a passion for simplifying the complex, helping teams confidently adopt new technologies and processes. She brings expertise in Change Management that delivers measurable impact while avoiding common pitfalls. Her work is driven by the belief that the right tools, used the right way, can unlock efficiency, clarity, and more time to do what you love.
Bob Shepro, a CPA and financial expert, has had a 40+ year career in consulting, fintech systems-creation, and as a software company founder focused on family offices and hedge/private equity funds. Bob also works part-time in business development alongside his wife, Linda, in her travel company, Latitude Expeditions, a global custom tour operator.
